HomeLog — homeschool record keeping
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HomeLog (“HomeLog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a web application operated by Momba Promotions LLC. By accessing or using HomeLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
HomeLog helps homeschooling families record learning activities, attendance, grades, reading, and resources, and generate portfolios and compliance reports. Your records are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in your own Google Drive.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use HomeLog. You sign in using your Google account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity under your HomeLog household.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for ensuring your records meet any legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your homeschooling situation.
HomeLog provides tools to track requirements and generate reports, including summaries of state homeschool requirements. This information is provided for convenience only and is not legal advice. Homeschool laws vary by state and change over time. You are solely responsible for confirming and meeting the requirements that apply to you. HomeLog does not guarantee that any report will satisfy a particular school district, evaluator, or authority.
You agree not to:
HomeLog lets you invite other adults to your household. You are responsible for whom you invite and for the access you grant them. An invited adult can view and edit records in your household. You may revoke access at any time through the app.
We work to keep HomeLog available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service, at any time. Because your data lives in your own Google Drive, you retain access to your records even if the service changes.
HomeLog may offer optional paid features or add-ons. If you purchase a paid feature, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Where required by law, you will be informed of your refund and cancellation rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeLog and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; because your data is in your Google Drive, standard Google Drive protections apply.
You may stop using HomeLog at any time and revoke its access from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of HomeLog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
